HVAC Technician

Trillium Construction is seeking a Journeyman/Foreman Commercial HVAC Technician/Installer for long term work in Golden Valley, MN who have have strong commercial HVAC experience working on restaurant and commercial projects, including installation of RTU units, mini splits, spiral duct, and commercial square duct systems.

Key Responsibilities
•    Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial HVAC systems 
•    Install RTU units, mini splits, spiral duct, and square duct systems 
•    Perform commercial ductwork installation and layout 
•    Read and interpret blueprints and job site plans 
•    Measure and lay out jobs accurately 
•    Install gas piping systems as required 
•    Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites 

Pay: Up to $50
Schedule: Mon- Thur, 40h+ / week, 7a to 4p

Qualifications
•    Journeyman-level HVAC experience required 6+ years
•    Experience working on restaurant and commercial HVAC projects 
•    Strong knowledge of duct installation, RTUs, and mini split systems 
•    Ability to read plans and perform job layout independently 
•    Gas piping installation experience preferred 
•    Reliable transportation and own basic tools preferred
•    OSHA 10 certification preferred
•    Warm air and gas certification a plus
