Class B Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now hiring experienced CDL Class B Drivers with Hazmat endorsement for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Roseville, MN!

Position Details:
-Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
-Hours: 40 hours per week (average 8-hour shifts)
-Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
-Equipment: 22’ automatic transmission truck
-Route Type: Local deliveries – home daily

This is a hands-on (touch) delivery position transporting HVAC equipment and parts to customer sites and job locations. Drivers play a key role in ensuring every order is delivered on time, complete, and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:
-Safely operate a 22’ box truck on local routes
-Load and organize freight efficiently for delivery accuracy
-Deliver HVAC equipment and parts to customers and job sites
-Verify orders and ensure smooth, timely drop-offs
-Maintain professionalism and strong customer service at all delivery stops
-Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards

Qualifications:
-Valid CDL Class B driver’s license
-Hazmat endorsement required (for occasional refrigerant transport)
-Minimum 1+ year of recent, verifiable CDL Class B driving experience
-Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
-Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally (dolly and pallet jacks provided)
