Ironworker - Per Diem Offered

We are seeking experienced Structural Ironworkers to join our crew on a fast-paced commercial steel erection project in Lathrop, CA!

Candidates will erect and connect structural steel, including columns, beams, roof framing, and structural supports for rooftop mechanical equipment (RTUs). Work includes day and night shifts with overtime available.

Pay is $40/HR depending on experience and paying for hotel + $30/day for those that qualify. Will be working 5-6 days a week, 11-hour shifts for 3 months! 

Duties:
-Connect structural steel columns, beams, girders, and joists.
-Read and interpret structural steel drawings and erection plan
-Understand column line layouts, grid lines, and elevations.
-Align, plumb, and bolt steel members.
-Install roof framing and RTU support steel.
-Signal crane operators during steel picks.
-Work safely at heights using 100% fall protection.
-Install temporary bracing as required.
-Verify bolt patterns and member orientation before final connections.

Qualifications Required:
-Structural steel erection experience.
-Experience connecting columns and beams.
-Ability to read structural drawings.
-Familiarity with layout, elevations, and bolt-up.
-Comfortable working at heights.
-OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
