Regional Sales Manager
Trillium is seeking a SE Regional Sales Manager in Atlanta!
This Direct-Hire opportunity is built for a seasoned Regional Sales Representative ready to take command of a well-established Southeast Territory and drive it into its next stage of growth.
You’ll maintain and service an active book of business. You’ll expand the territory, strengthen a solid dealer network, build new relationships with fabricating shops, uncover new revenue opportunities, manage key accounts, and represent a leading line of capital equipment at major industry events.
This role offers real autonomy, a tight-knit leadership team, and the ability to directly influence revenue in a high-demand equipment segment. It’s a high-visibility position with unlimited growth potential for someone who thrives on building momentum and owning results.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow a multi-state territory with established dealers and active customers
-Build and strengthen relationships with fabricating shops, distributors, and prospective dealers
-Conduct in-person visits, equipment walk-throughs, and shop-floor demonstrations
-Develop territory plans focused on dealer growth, customer outreach, and market expansion
-Partner with leadership on quotes, proposals, and customer support
-Represent the company at industry events, training trips, and trade shows
-Maintain consistent communication with dealers to support product knowledge and sales alignment
Details:
-Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-Remote home-office role when not traveling
-Travel approx. 65% (typically 2–4 days per week)
-Territory: GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, SC & TN
-Annual one-week product training trip and U.S. based trade show participation
-Base salary: $85,000 annually DOE
-Commission: 2.5% through dealers / 4% on direct sales
-Projected income potential: $170,000+

Qualifications:
-Strong territory instincts and ability to prioritize travel and customer engagement
Clear communication with shop owners, operators, and dealer principals
-Comfortable discussing fabrication machinery, press brakes, shears, and related equipment
-Proven relationship-building and long-term customer management
-Organized, self-directed, and effective in a travel-heavy role
-Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tracking tools
-5+ years of outside sales in capital equipment, industrial machinery, fabrication, or manufacturing
-Experience with dealer networks or distributors preferred
-Background selling into fabrication shops or similar industrial environments
-Demonstrated ability to manage a territory with regular travel and hands-on customer engagement
-Knowledge of press brakes, shears, or metal fabrication equipment is a strong plus
