CADD Supervisor
Trillium is seeking an experienced CADD Supervisor in New Orleans!
This Direct-Hire opportunity seeks a seasoned CADD professional with strong municipal project experience, ready to step into a leadership role to manage a team of 5-10 experienced drafting associates. If you have advanced AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills and are ready to mentor, delegate, and elevate a high-performing drafting group, this role gives you the chance to take your career to the next level.
As the CADD Supervisor, you will strengthen CAD standards, guide workflow quality, support engineering and survey teams, and ensure drafting deliverables are accurate, consistent, and professionally executed across multiple active municipal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Direct the daily activities of the drafting team and manage workload distribution
-Verify drawings for precision, uniformity, and adherence to established company guidelines
-Maintain and refine CAD libraries, templates, layers, blocks, and organizational file systems
-Collaborate closely with engineering, surveying, and project management staff to support project needs
-Execute advanced drafting assignments using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for complex civil design work
-Provide coaching, training, and development support to junior drafting personnel
-Oversee drafting timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule across multiple projects
-Contribute to process improvements and promote efficient drafting practices
Schedule has a 40 Hour onsite work week, Monday – Thursday hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday hours: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Pay is $90,000 – $115,000 Annually DOE.

-7+ years of drafting experience in civil engineering
-High-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
-Background in supervising or guiding drafting teams
-Strong knowledge of civil site layout, grading, utility design, and plan production
-Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and communicate effectively with project teams
