Director of Business Development

Tremendous Remote Direct Hire Opening for a Director of Business Development for this established and growing 3PL!!

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the 3PL, ecommerce and fulfillment areas. You will develop and execute a BD strategy to Identify, Prospect and Close new high-value clients. The Director of Business Development will coordinator with internal teams such as marketing, operations and similar. You will need to be comfortable conducting market research, deepening and expanding existing client relationships, negotiating complex service agreements and tracking key metrics. The Director of Business Development will represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities. This position will require approximately 50% travel nationally. 

Compensation will include a base of $150K with a target earning potential in the $300-$350 range. This is no top side, so earning could also be higher. 

This is a remote position based in the US with approximately 50% travel.

To be successful in this role, the Director of Business Development will have:
-Demonstrated success in 10+ years in Business Development within the 3PL, eCommerce, Fulfillment or related industries
-Experience with Consumer goods - Health & Beauty/Wellness, or similar is strongly preferred
-Established network of clients in the eCommerce, Fulfillment, 3Pl and related industries
-Experience managing multi-million dollar sales pipelines
