Temporary Yard Workers Needed in Lincoln, NE!

Pay rate is $18-19.00/hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (1-hour unpaid lunch). This is a temporary need, lasting approximately 1 week.

A parts distribution facility in Lincoln, NE, is seeking dependable Yard Workers to assist with an outdoor project. This position requires working alongside another team member to complete assigned tasks while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform general yard duties and assist with project-related tasks.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, and other temperature extremes.
- Lift, move, and handle automotive parts and materials throughout the workday.
- Work collaboratively with a teammate to complete project objectives.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements
- Must be able to consistently lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing manual labor for an entire shift.
- Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
