Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent for a 3-month commercial/industrial roofing project in Byhalia, MS.

Pay rate is $50/hour. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing roofing operations with a strong background in Single Ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, and EPDM). This individual will oversee daily field operations, ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule, and serve as the primary on-site leader.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee all daily roofing operations on a commercial/industrial project.
-Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and site personnel.
-Coordinate installation of Single Ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, and EPDM).
-Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material deliveries.
-Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
-Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
-Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite inspections.
-Communicate project progress with the Project Manager and client.
-Complete daily reports and maintain project documentation.
-Resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule.

Qualifications
-5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent.
-Strong commercial and industrial roofing experience required.
-Extensive knowledge of Single Ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, and EPDM).
-Proven leadership experience managing field crews and subcontractors.
-Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus.
-Valid driver’s license.
-Required Certification
-OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
