Millwright

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Millwright Welders for a 2-month project in Wabash, IN.

Millwright Welders will perform a variety of industrial maintenance and installation duties, including rigging, welding, equipment installation, repairs, and general millwright work.

Work will primarily be performed at industrial facilities throughout the Wabash area, including paper mills, aluminum recycling foundries, and foundry operations. Current job sites include PaperWorks, MetalSource, MetalX, and Ford Meter Box, although project locations are subject to change based on needs

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available as project demands require. Shifts may extend until 5:30 PM, and Saturday work may be required. Sunday work is rare but may occasionally be necessary. Pay for this position is $34-$35 depending on skill set.

-Candidates must have strong rigging skills, be proficient with stick welding (SMAW), and have experience performing industrial maintenance in manufacturing and heavy industrial environments.
-MIG welding experience is a plus, as there may be opportunities to perform MIG welding when applicable.
-Qualified candidates must have proven industrial millwright experience, strong rigging abilities, and solid stick welding skills. 
-Reliability and attendance are essential. 
-Candidates must be safety-minded, able to work in heavy industrial environments, and committed to producing quality work.
