Maintenance Mechanic

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair manufacturing production equipment in Groveport Ohio.

Work schedule is 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday-Friday with possible OT. Pay rate is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Responsibilities include 
-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
-Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical wiring and components ranging from low voltage up to 600V.
-Diagnose, repair, replace, and program Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
-Install, troubleshoot, repair, restore, replace, and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
-Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
-Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repairs.
-Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:
-1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
-Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-Experience with PLCs, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-High school diploma or GED required.
