Structural Welder

Trillium Construction is now hiring Structural Welders for a shop located in Lakeland, FL, with a start date of Monday, August 10th.

This is a 4-week assignment working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (50 hours per week). Welders will be performing GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) welding on structural carbon steel components, including brackets and other fabricated assemblies. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

-Candidates with experience cutting, measuring, and fitting are preferred, and previous structural welding experience in a shop environment is required.
-Qualified applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment weld test on 3/8-inch carbon steel plate using both MIG and Flux Core processes.
-Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools, wear standard PPE, and welding hood.
-All applicants must successfully complete the required pre-employment screenings before starting.
