Concrete Polisher - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now hiring Concrete Polishers in the Richmond, VA area!

Work will take place in an industrial setting. Work is Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, 7am-5:30pm. Pay: $35/hour with hotel and $40/day worked food per diem.

Duties 
-Assist in the completion of projects by working with various coating applications. Such as power troweling and/or hand troweling mortars, shot blasting concrete, joint cutting/filling, and operating propane diamond grinding equipment for wet concrete polishing systems.
-Demonstrate incredible attention to detail and be willing to correct mistakes right away.
-Helped the team keep the work area, warehouse, storage, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized and maintained.
-Comfortable using various tools, such as handheld floor grinders, walk behind grinders and vacuums.

Requirements
-Experience in installing epoxy flooring and/or concrete polishing
-2 years of polishing concrete experience
-Comfortable using various tools, such as handheld floor grinders, walk behind grinders and vacuums. 
-Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen. 
-Flexible; must be able to travel and work days, nights, and weekends.
