Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our client’s team.

In this role, you will perform high-level electrical work while taking on a leadership position to help them launch and manage their upcoming apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities
•    Electrical Work: Execute complex commercial electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
•    Department Leadership: Manage and oversee daily operations and workflow within the electrical department.
•    Mentorship & Apprenticeship Development: Help establish, guide, and mentor upcoming apprentices as part of our new training program.
•    Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work strictly adheres to national, state, and local electrical codes, as well as company safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits
•    Starting Rate: $31.00 per hour
•    Negotiable: Final pay rate is open and negotiable based on individual skill set, certifications, and experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
•    Full Certification: Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician certification.
•    Active License: Must hold an active, valid electrical license in good standing.
•    Experience: Proven field experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems, code compliance, and team leadership/mentoring capabilities.
