Warehouse Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers / Order Pickers in Phoenix, AZ for long-term work!

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, productivity, and safety while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities
-Pick, pack, and palletize orders according to customer requirements
-Inspect products and packaging for damage or quality concerns
-Complete required ERP/WMS system transactions
-Operate RF scanners, tablets, and applicable warehouse equipment
-Maintain productivity, accuracy, safety, and housekeeping standards
-Follow all company policies and procedures
-Perform other duties as assigned

Pay rate is $18/hour. Work is scheduled to start 8/24/26. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with OT as needed.

Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Basic math and computer skills
