Industrial Electrician Foreman

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Industrial Electrician Foreman in Houston, TX for a direct-hire opportunity!

Pay range is $30-$40/hr. DOE. Schedule is 6 am-4:30/5pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician Foreman to oversee the team and be hands on with electrical installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of custom overhead crane systems in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
-Lead and support industrial electrical assemblers, technicians, and wiring personnel
-Oversee electrical installation, control panel wiring, and equipment configuration
-Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities
-Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and code requirements
-Drive production schedules, quality, and team performance

Qualifications
- 5+ yrs of team management/leadership experience in electrical assembly, industrial controls, manufacturing, or commissioning
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in the field and a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and NEC requirements
-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
-Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and startup of industrial equipment
-Motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and crane systems
UL, NEC, and CSA standards
