Senior UX Researcher

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Senior UX Researcher in Alto, CA!

Pay rate is $65-70/HR. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility.

Responsibilities:
-Independently or collaboratively conduct user research and usability studies to uncover valuable insights.
-Partner with external vendors and academia to identify user and customer needs and pinpoint gaps in their experiences.
-Analyze customer data from internal systems and external studies to reveal key needs and experience gaps.
-Collaborate closely with UX Designers to propose system solutions, design innovative concepts, and define project essentials such as principles, personas, journey maps, and use cases.
-Play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning the UX strategy for North America and on a global scale.
-Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the team’s overall success.

Qualifications: 
-Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Social Studies, Anthropology( Master’s Degree Preferred)
-Interface/Interaction Design, or a related field.
-Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. 
-Knowledge and experience of user research methodologies such as usability testing, focus group interviews, observational studies, quantitative and qualitative studies, diary studies.
-Knowledge and experience of data analytics methodologies such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, conjoint analysis, and cluster analysis.
-Knowledge of Human Factors in mobility product is preferred.
