Repair Technician
We’re looking for a Product Test & Repair Technician to join our Columbus, Ohio Distribution Center team.
Pay rate is $18.00/hour. Schedule is 7 AM – 3:30 PM. In this role, you’ll help ensure returned products are thoroughly tested, accurately evaluated, and prepared for resale or return to stores in top condition.
As a Product Test & Repair Technician, you will play an important role in helping ensure products are accurately evaluated and ready for the next step in the process.
Responsibilities include:
-Testing a wide range of customer-returned products, as assigned by the team lead
-Diagnosing issues and performing repairs on select items when needed
-Replacing missing accessories before products are returned to stores for resale
-Accurately documenting test results and any repairs completed
-Verifying that product labels match the item and reporting discrepancies promptly
-Cleaning, packaging, and preparing products that pass testing for shipment back to the appropriate retail store
-Meeting production goals while maintaining strong quality and accuracy standards
-Supporting other related duties as assigned by management
